Tammy Abraham wants Chelsea to take their Champions League”anger” Outside on Liverpool in Super Sunday’s Enormous Premier League Battle on Sky Sports.
The Blues were beaten 1-0 at home by Valencia in their Group H fixture Tuesday night after Ross Barkley missed a penalty for the side of Frank Lampard.
But Abraham – who has emerged as the first-choice striker for first time of Chelsea this season – played down the defeat and looked to Sunday’s game, live on Sky Sports Premier League.
“(Sunday) is a test of personality. We can take out our anger from Liverpool,” he explained in Stamford Bridge.
“it is a enormous game and both groups will be going to triumph. We’ll look forward to placing (tonight’s conquer ) right.
“It is still early doors (from the Champions League). We are fuming we lost today. But there is still five matches to go – .
“We are obviously disappointed. We didn’t play our very best football. Valencia came and stopped us playing how so you’ve got to give credit to them we wanted.
“We are going to have a lot of ups and downs in a year. We have got to move on and not dwell on it”
Abraham is one of several academy graduates to have been given a chance under Lampard this year along with the England youth star, who has scored seven Premier League goals so far, hailed the backing of his team.
“I have to provide it (my personal form) into the supervisor and players,” he said. “I had a small circumstance against Liverpool at which I missed a penalty and out there that they just supported me and believed in me.
“I’m playing with these great players that create chances, so that I just have to be in the ideal place at the right time. It is always good to know supervisor believes in you. Every match that you would like to do your very best for him.”
